Kamado Joe Brand Review
Kamado Joe was founded in 2009 in the USA. And their focus is on evolving the humble kamado. The brand is built on having “modernized the grill’s classic style with unparalleled craftsmanship, smarter features, innovative accessories and a range of flexible cooking surfaces.”
They want people to get more out of their kamado grilling experience. For example, Kamado Joe is famous for its innovative Divide & Conquer grilling system. So, in my Kamado Joe brand review I’ll discuss the complete range, warranties, product quality and customer support.

Kamado Joe offer a large range of kamados, all of which are available in red only.

Quality & Manufacturing
Kamado Joe manufactures and imports its grills from China. And the quality and craftsmanship are is meant to be excellent. This is standard across their range of grills, accessories and charcoal.
Accessories
Kamado Joe design their accessories to enhance our grilling experience. Many of their accessories are very innovative. From cooking racks and pizza stones and rotisseries, they is a wide range of accessories. Also, they sell a range of charcoals, smoking woods and some kamado furniture. Several accessories come as standard with their kamados ovens. Here’s a list of some of the accessories they offer:

Customer Support
So, I don’t own any Kamado Joe products yet. Therefore, I can’t speak from personal experience of the customer support offered. However, I do know that Kamado Joe’s customer support is meant to be excellent.
Warranties
Kamado Joe products come with excellent warranties. Once you register your Kamado Joe, there’s a lifetime warranty on ceramic parts. Also, you have a 5-year warranty on metal parts. A 3-year warranty on heat deflectors and pizza stones and a 1-year warranty on the thermometer and gaskets.
Is Kamado Joe Worth it?
I think Kamado Joe is a great brand of kamado. However, when compared to other equivalent brands of kamado, I’m not sure if it is worth it.
Is Kamado Joe better than Big Green Egg?
The short answer to this question is yes. Kamado Joe has an edge on Big Green Egg for two reasons. Firstly, Kamado Joe seems to have better build quality and innovation. Secondly, Kamado Joe is cheaper and therefore better value than Big Green Egg.
